The Academy of International Affairs NRW was once again represented with a stand at the United Nations Day organized by the City of Bonn. It was once again a great pleasure for us to exchange ideas with our partner institutions and the many institutions of international Bonn: Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Entwicklungsdienste e.V., Auswärtiges Amt, BFIO – Büro Führungskräfte zu Internationalen Organisationen, Bonn International Model United Nations (BIMUN), Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GIZ GmbH, Deutsche UNESCO-Kommission, Deutsche Welthungerhilfe, Deutsche Gesellschaft der Vereinten Nationen (DGNV), Engagement Global, German Doctors, German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS), ROTARY CLUB BONN INTERNATIONAL, Senior Expert Service (SES), Statistisches Bundesamt, Zweigstelle Bonn, Unesco-Unevoc, Unicef, Zentrum für Entwicklungsforschung (ZEF Uni Bonn). We had many stimulating and exciting conversations with Bonn citizens, to whom we were able to present and explain the work of the Academy.

A big thank you goes to the city of Bonn for organizing this event again this year, especially on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the adoption of the UN Charter. We are already looking forward to celebrating 30 years of the United Nations in Bonn next year!
